Really lovely hotel. Love the colors and decorating everywhere. The public rooms on first floor - really nice. Also enjoyed the live music and good dinner food very much!!
I meant to tell front desk but forgot. Either my toilet hadn't been used for a while or someone else's toilet was flowing into mine. After you flush it, dirt particles arrive and the water is dirty. Also, couldn't get the room temperature set comfortably. Not sure if the gauge dial was working. Ended up just turning it off and opening a window. The room was very hot. Still loved being there. Thanks!

What an overnight stay we had! From the moment we checked in it was a magical winter wonderland experience! The hotel decor was exceptional... The food and staff phenomenal! They spent time with us telling us where to go around town places to see and things to do. They then welcomed us back for a great dinner while listening to a fabulous jazz band The rooms were extremely clean and very comfortable. If you get the chance it's a Must Do!!
Nothing!!!! It was superb!

Couple's nostalgic getaway
We had this beautiful king room view, the staff went outta their way for us bringing us complimentary drinks due to the check-in delay it was a nice touch, also loved that lobby bar, found a hidden gem in their gift shop too!
It wasn't cheap, but I guess that's par for the course.

Ice machine outside of first room assignment too noisy so moved to another room! Parking needs to have a bridge to hotel. Arrived late and very nervous walking thru garage to get inside side door of hotel at 11pm

Convenient to the church where I was getting married, and Silver Creek, where my reception was held. Beautifully decorated.
I felt second rated, because MY reception was NOT at your hotel. Many of your staff were incredible, however, too many staff members seemed to come across as if they were trained to cater only to those brides who scheduled their receptions at your hotel!

A Charming Stay with Really good Service
My experience was lovely! The staff were very good, especially Carlos, who helped me with an unexpected laundry challenge. The onsite dining was fantastic, and the historic ambiance. Explore Main Street for good shops!

Christmas Festivities,, First impression , the parking attendant, warm, friendly, and helpful, then good service throughout checkout time.
Being asked to vacate my Tap Room table , because there were people coming in for lunch. I was trying to explain to her that I was waiting for my waitress to return with my Amex information and to complete bill paying. A little too pushy

A place where one can imagine life in another age - beautiful ballroom, meeting rooms, lobbies, plenty of history about the site and the hotel and everything of gracious comfort out of the 1940s movie.
Parking is inconveniently behind the hotel with no direct passage and no elevator access to multi-level spaces. It was not a problem for me, but for someone who had trouble walking, it might be difficult, uncomfortable, or even impossible. Returning after a dinner elsewhere I was forced to park on the top level, walk down two flights of stairs, around the building and into a side door lower lobby.
